We Are...PENN STATE!

Tim and I had the opportunity to use some family PSU tickets! We were able to see the Penn State season opener, which was tons of fun! PSU fans are always amazing and make for an entertaining ball game (even if it's not a great game).

Here's a slide show of our time in Happy Valley.

May

May was another exciting month for us! Elise continues to grow and gain weight...she has an appointment on the 15th, so we'll see how big she is then! Nora is a great big sister, she's usually very gentle and loving with her!

Here's some pictures of what we've been up to this past month...

I took some pictures of Dan and Amy before the baby comes!

These are some of my favorites

I really like this one...so sweet.

Then Tim and I headed off to a B&B for one night...we could have stayed much longer!!

While we were there, Amy was going through the WORST labor and delivery...I felt so bad for her! But, we were finally able to meet little Emma...so adorable!

Here we are at Tim's parents for Memorial Day weekend...Nora playing the harmonica...
Steve, Rachel, Tim and I went to Arts Fest...
Elise was there too...
As always, we had a great time with Steve and Rachel

Here's Nora making cards for Dan, Amy and Emma

Elise is sitting nearby in her Bumbo...

She's growing up fast...

I'll post some pics of her along with some pics of me as a baby...she looks like I did!!

Here's Nora meeting baby Emma for the first time

Here we are at the pool! Thanks to Gram for getting us a pool pass...
Elise is fast asleep...

Nora loves the water, here she is in the baby pool...

This year, she's tall enough to stand in the "big pool"!!!
She's very brave!!! Walking all by herself!I think she'll be swimming by the end of the summer!

Here's Elise...she found her thumb!!

A Suite Escape

On Tuesday Tim and I were able to get away for the night. We found A Suite Escape online and it had great reviews. So, we decided to check it out. We are SO glad we found this place! It's even more beautiful than the pictures make it out to be. It has all the amenities we look for (fireplace, big bath tub, clean nicely appointed rooms, great views) PLUS it had a wonderful hot tub!

I'm pretty picky when it comes to staying overnight somewhere. If I don't feel like the place is clean, it takes me a long time to get comfortable with my suroundings. As soon as we stepped into our room, it was like being in our own home. Well, better than our own home, because it was so beautiful!

If we didn't need to get back to our girls, we would have stayed an extra night! We'd like to go back, maybe even with some friends and rent the other suite with a full kitchen. Either way, we will be returning!
